February’s release focuses on keeping users informed, reducing manual effort, and expanding access across platforms. From smarter session notifications to mobile payments, these updates bring meaningful improvements to daily workflows for administrators, teachers, students, and parents alike.
Session Management
Session Status Change Notifications
The system now automatically notifies relevant users when a session’s status changes—whether canceled, rescheduled, or updated. Teachers, students, and parents stay informed without any manual communication needed, reducing confusion and keeping everyone aligned on the latest schedule.
Core
Address Autocomplete with Google Places (BETA)
Address fields across the platform now support Google Places autocomplete. As users type, real-time suggestions appear—reducing input errors and saving time on data entry. This feature is currently in BETA and requires Google Places integration to be enabled in your settings.
Academic
Option to Filter Students Without Specific Subjects
A new filter lets back-office users instantly identify students who have not been assigned to one or more specific subjects. This makes it easier to spot enrollment gaps and take corrective action in bulk, improving accuracy across academic planning and subject allocation.
Show Attendance Status on Teacher Dashboard
Teachers can now see the attendance submission status of each session directly from their dashboard—no additional navigation needed. The dashboard indicates whether attendance is submitted, pending, or not applicable, helping teachers stay on track and reducing missed submissions.
Billing
Attach Files at Cheque Payments
Authorized billing users can now attach supporting files—such as scanned cheques or payment documentation—directly to cheque payment records. This keeps all relevant evidence consolidated within the system, simplifies auditing, and improves overall record-keeping accuracy.
Mobile
Online Payments Now Available in Mobile App
Students and parents can now complete online payments directly from the mobile app, without needing to switch to a desktop browser. The feature respects all existing billing configurations and payment gateway integrations, providing a consistent and secure payment experience across every platform.
Mobile Access to Surveys & Quizzes for All User Roles
Surveys and quizzes are now fully accessible from the mobile app for all user roles—students, parents, and teachers alike. Users can view, complete, and submit on the go, matching the full web portal experience. Access remains controlled by existing role-based settings and active period configurations.
