The Role

Classter has expanded internationally, with a current presence in more than 30 countries. We grow with a considerable rate, but we want to double this!

This is the reason we’re now looking for a Growth & Revenue Manager to lead our growth to scale. The responsibility of this top-exec person will be maximizing the growth rate of the business and our overall profitability by improving lead generation processes and customer acquisition rates.

The ideal person should be able to devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow our recurring revenue and customer base. As a growth Manager, you should be innovative, passionate about startups, and an expert at executing strategies for business growth. We are still a small scale-up, so we expect you to be able to get your “hands dirty” to implement your ideas.

 

Detailed Responsibilities includes:

  • Identifying issues that hinder the growth of the business.
  • Identifying growth opportunities for the company.
  • Defining, designing, and managing inbound and outbound lead generation strategies & processes
  • Defining pricing policies and product marketing in a way that positions Classter as a great value for money for end customers, driving both growth and margins
  • Setting up experiments to test whether designed interventions will impact the business.
  • Working with business development to secure strategic partnership and initiatives that lead to growth.
  • Implementing projects to achieve growth goals for the company.
  • Using data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies.
  • Ensuring that resources inside and outside the business improve growth.
  • Reporting on initiatives and projects to management and founders.
  • Replicating successful strategies at scale and in new geographical markets.

 

We require as a minimum:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role and in the startup space.
  • A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions.
  • Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
  • Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics.
  • Skills in web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels.
  • Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
  • Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
  • Being an adaptable, iterative thinker who is constantly learning, and she/he is curious, innovative, and confident in her/his abilities to drive change.

To facilitate this growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is going to be hands-on and able to support our digital marketing processes.

 

Detailed Responsibilities includes:

  • Design and monitor digital media campaigns that are aligned with business goals.
  • Technical monitoring of all digital growth channels.
  • Testing and optimizing marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, affiliate) and optimization of conversion rate.
  • Monitoring and optimization of SEO tactics.
  • Coordinating the creation of digital content and webpages (e.g. Classter websites, landing pages, blogs, press releases, product marketing videos).
  • Managing digital projects end-to-end with external or internal key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a strong online corporate voice through social media
  • Working with sales, content, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Suggesting and implementing direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Execution and presentation of competitive analyses and market research

 

We require as a minimum:

  • 2 years of working experience in the field of digital marketing and preferably in SaaS type of business.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO and online advertising (Google Ads, Social Media Ads)
  • Experience with web and social media analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
  • Ability to develop graphic design concepts.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing or in a relevant field.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Good team working and communication skills.
  • Experience in UI design or front-end web development or graphic design is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of German or another European language is also considered a special merit.

The Role

We are looking for a Full-stack Developer that will join our Product team. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you. As a Full-stack developer, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.

Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet Classter’s needs.

 

Full-stack Developer Responsibility

  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
  • Write clean code to develop functional web applications
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications
  • Perform UI tests to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with Front-end and Back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
  • Gather and address technical and design requirements
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use

 

Full-stack Developer Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Full-stack of Back-end developer
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages like .NET with C#
  • Working knowledge of ASP.NET MVC 5, WebApi Design and RESTful web services
  • Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g., JavaScript, jQuery, Web Markup (CSS 3/HTML 5))
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field

The Role

We are looking for a Technical Writer that will join our Marketing and Content team.
As a Technical Writer and editor, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers succeed by creating, maintaining, and improving documentation that supports Classter customers.

At Classter, we view documentation as a key part of customer support and retainment. Working at the intersection of users and Classter product offering, you will develop an understanding of user needs and help them get the most out of our cloud-based platform.

You’ll be a thought partner with our product development teams, combining your communication skills with empathy for users and product knowledge. Your work will primarily be on written documentation, but may also include interactive tutorials, recorded demonstrations, or other communication channels.

 

Technical Writer Responsibility

• Create user documentation in partnership with developers and business teams (Marketing, Customer Support, Onboarding)
• Review and edit documentation to maintain a high level of quality.
• Identify, triage, and resolve needs in documentation.
• Maintain style guides and best practices for writing, improving, and publishing documentation.
• Produce simple how-to video tutorials.
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure that the documentation, including the use of terminology, is consistent with marketing materials and the Classter’s website and Knowledge Base

 

Technical Writer Requirements:

• Experience writing for SaaS documentation
• Experience of creating documentation for a range of audiences, from end users to developers
• The ability to absorb technical information quickly and to explain it in a clear, concise way
• Ability to multitask, context switch and manage own work to deadline
• Well organized with a high attention to detail
• Excellent written skills in English
