About Assafwah Private School
Assafwah Private School was established in 2000 in Oman, with a strong objective to provide a caring, secure, and stimulating educational environment to children, students, and adults. The district consists of 8 schools in various locations, providing education from early childhood to Upper Secondary grades.
As Assafwah didn’t have any student information system before Classter, it lacked a centralized and cloud-based location for storing all student-related data. The fact that the school district operates 8 different institutions with over 1.000 students, made the transition to a cloud-based IT infrastructure a compelling need. Also, having a cloud-based SIS would allow schools official to have a centralized overview of teachers’ teaching performance, ensuring that academic offering is on par in every institution.
Students (or their parents) can manage the admission process online. Admission officers can easily create paperless registration workflows.
Back-office employees can keep track of all invoicing actions regarding tuition fees, extracurricular activities, and services.

Ability to present centralized BI-type reports using Microsoft PowerBI to monitor academic personnel performance.
