Challenges
Operating as a growing institution, AUBH faced a number of operational challenges that impacted efficiency and reliability:
Disconnected Systems
Data was spread across multiple systems, creating redundancy and reducing confidence in reporting accuracy.
Manual Administrative Processes
Manual workflows required significant staff time and introduced avoidable errors across operations.
Inefficient Financial Operations
Billing and invoicing processes were time-intensive, requiring up to five days of manual work.
Lack of Integration Across Departments
Admissions, registration, and finance functions operated in silos, creating friction and limiting visibility across the institution.
